Incredible food, very friendly and welcoming! It's a must try and must repeat!

This place was absolutely incredible! Our server Matthew was lovely, and the food was unbelievable. Will definitely be coming back, if just for the coconut rice alone!

🌶️ I suddenly craved Thai food today and decided to try something new — Thai Valley & Grill. Turned out to be a great surprise! We ordered: 🍢 Chicken & Beef skewers – flavorful and juicy, not dry at all 🍛 Green curry chicken – rich in spices, tasty but not overly spicy 🍚 Thai chicken fried rice – nicely done, every grain separated and not greasy (Yes, everything was chicken 😂 I guess we had a thing with chicken that day!) The food came out quickly, no long wait. Prices were reasonable — we ordered three dishes and the total was just over $60 for two people. The best part: Finally found Thai food in Canada that isn’t sweet!! ❤️ Would definitely go back again 👍

Sorry but the food was not flavorful at all. Very bland. Misleading review which almost seem too fake. I love Thai food n this is not Thai food

Relative to other Thai restaurants I have tried, unfortunately the food was not as good. But if you’re looking for something convenient on the southside, this is an option. Service was friendly. The place is small, reservations recommended. Tried crab rangoon (2/5, mostly cream cheese), coconut rice (5/5), chicken satay (2.5/5, dry/overcooked), gaeng kiew waan (4/5, Green Curry with chicken), gaeng karee (3/5, Yellow Curry with tofu), and vegetarian pad thai (4.5/5). To me, the chicken was dry/overcooked in all the dishes it appeared in.

great food! their lemon grass beef was incredible! satay was a bit dry but great flavour. Hope they keep the quality!

Purchased some takeout from these guys this evening. Much to our surprise, everything we ordered was completely unsatisfactory. Green curry was runny, not rich and creamy like it should be. Their red duck curry was missing lychee and had very little duck in it. Pad thai and pad sew noodles were clumpy and dry. Both were made with regular broccoli rather than gai lan. Neither tasting authentic at all. Flavour profile was no where to be found. In fact it was the worst thai food we have ever experienced.

We were driving around the area and wife picked this spot for us try man it was a great pick! Best thai food ive ever had for sure. You know food is amazing when we forgot to take photos of what we ordered and devoured it quickly! Staffs are amazing too, Natalie was awesome! We will be back! This is our go to Thai Spot from here on!

Such a wonderful place to go for dinner. Family run authentic thai restaurant. The green curry was absolutely phenomenal.

We've only been here a couple of times and each time it was great. Food, service, and atmosphere are all very authentic - family run using their own recipes.

One of the best Thai food we ever had in this restaurant. We had dinner with friends and family. Som tum and green curry were very tasty. Panang kai and chicken cashews were good too. Atmosphere is very welcoming. Restaurant was not busy. Staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. Food price is reasonable. Very neat and clean restaurant. Lots of parking lot in front of the restaurant including accessible parking.

Very tasty food , anything you order is amazing !!! Feels like you are in Thailand 🙂

On May 31st, I had the pleasure of dining at Thai Valley Grill, a cozy Thai restaurant located at 4211 106 St NW in Edmonton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. They quickly showed me to my table and brought water and menus within minutes. A few minutes later, my guests arrived, and the staff made sure they were comfortably seated. After giving us time to look over the menu, they checked in to see if we were ready to order drinks. We weren’t quite ready, and they encouraged us to relax and take our time—creating a calm and friendly atmosphere that made us feel right at home. About 30 minutes later, after chatting and catching up, we placed our order: satay skewers (2 chicken, 2 beef), Galangal Cashew Chicken (extra spicy), Pad Kee Maow, and coconut rice. Everything arrived within 25 minutes and was absolutely delicious—full of rich, authentic flavour. Beyond the food and service, we appreciated the warm, family-friendly environment. The owner's toddler son was happily playing nearby, which added a personal and joyful touch to the experience—and brought a big smile to my face. We’ll definitely be back!

Thai Valley Grill is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious—especially the crab Rangoon, which is crispy, creamy, and full of flavor. Easily one of the best I’ve had. The staff is super welcoming and friendly, and the whole place has a warm, relaxed vibe. It’s my go-to spot for Thai food in Edmonton. Highly recommend checking it out!

Definitely a new favorite for us. We live in the middle of nowhere but will definitely be back here for more delicious Thai food!

We've come here multiple times and always had a great experience. Friendly staff and amazing Thai food! We particularly love the calamari here as it's served as big chunks instead of thin cuts and not too much batter.

Was recommended coming here for a birthday dinner and it was soo great. The curry was so good. Thank you for such a good meal and we’ll be back for sure.

Book a table as this lovely, family run place fills up. The food was fantastic and we felt very welcome. We ordered the tasty skewers, duck red curry and pad Thai. Yum, can't wait to return.

Such a great food experience! Very cute family restaurant experience - thank you for hosting us!

A Hidden Gem for Authentic Thai Cuisine We recently dined at Thai Valley Grill and were thoroughly impressed. The flavors were exceptional, each dish bursting with authentic Thai spices and ingredients. The service was equally commendable—attentive, friendly, and efficient, making our dining experience even more enjoyable . The atmosphere has a family owned feel and makes it that much more special. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving genuine Thai food in Edmonton. It's a place we'll certainly return to.

The staff are just as great as the food they serve. Brilliant dining experience with the friendliest people.

We were there for dinner yesterday, and it was quite busy between 7:00 p.m. and 7:35 p.m. The waiter was very welcoming which we really appreciated. We ordered one Tom Yum Soup, one Tom yum Kha, one Thai Pineapple Fried Rice and one Pad See Ew. The food was generally good. However, I felt that the Tom Kha had a slightly raw coconut milk taste, as if it wasn’t fully cooked. The other dishes were fine. Portions were really good. We got small size of soups but the portion was more than enough.

Great find out in the South Side of Edmonton. Good price, good quality food.

Great food and cosy atmosphere... Loved it 😁 It was packed the guy told us to wait a few minutes and glad we did as it didn't disappoint. Will be back again 😄

We’ve tried many Thai restaurants in Edmonton, but this place stands out for its incredible taste and consistency. Highly recommended!

Food was delicious and our server was so warm and accommodating. Definitely recommend, the place has amazing cozy and welcoming vibes.

This is a great small family business. The owner is friendly, and the food is delicious.

Amazing food and service. Best and most authentic thai food I've had in a long time! 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful old school service with genuine care and regard for customers. Delicious food and a warm homy atmosphere.

The only place I will go to for Authentic Thai food in Edmonton. The Cashew Chicken, Thai Basil Beef and Drunken Noodles are my go to and never disappoints! I also highly recommend trying the Crab Rangoon.

Very good food. The food was very authentic and really reminded me of my travels to Thailand. The green curry is a must- get it spicy

We are so happy we found this little gem. Incredibly Friendly staff & delicious food! We will be back again and again.

Our server Matt hooked us with a table for 7 with no reservation on a Friday night! By the time we were done the place was packed! Food was excellent and came out fast. Will be coming by again the next time I’m in town! Thanks again!
